Prepping for the week

Just a short note tonight. I spent the weekend with my grandparents :D, so I don't have a lot of time tonight. While I didn't get in all of the fitness I wanted to this weekend, I think spending time with my grandparents was more important. My nutrition was too far outside my goals - I tried to make healthy choices.
Got home today and planned out my meals for the week. I have 2 lunches with potential new hires this week so I'm not able to account for those meals yet. I'll just have to make the best choices that are available for those 2 days. But the rest of the week is planned out and I went to the grocery store to get the few items I needed for the week. Came home and walked for an hour. Not a bad day.
Now off to bed - if I'm going to get up and actually DO something in the morning I need to get some sleep!
