A little sad.

I didn't lose any weight this week.

I know that it was because of poor food choices and poor eating habits.
I still exercised this week.

I'm worried because I don't want this to be it. I really need to lose weight.

Ameena, you can do this. It's so hard to not look at what we perceive as failing ourselves, but you're aware of what your mistakes are; that is in itself a positive fact! If you didn't know, you could not change. Awareness... is...the...first...step!!

    Don't be discouraged. We all have bad weeks. I have had bad months before. The important thing is NEVER GIVE UP! Tomorrow is a brand new day, and you can always start again. Keep pushing! As long as we learn from our mistakes and keep pushing forward, we will obtain our goals!!! emoticon emoticon

    Don't be discouraged! Everyone has a week where nothing changes on the scale. What matters is how you handle it; drinking more water, eating more fruits/vegetables, maybe adding an extra 10 minutes to your work out.

I had really bad eating habits, but with time I've learned to control those urges. It can be hard, but it's worth it in the end. And don't forget, if you can't completely break a bad habit, moderation/portion control is the key!

    You can change that sad to glad. You learned something. Go back and look at your food choices and try to figure out what you could have done differently. Arm yourself with healthy food choices for the coming week. Habits take time to break. You made some healthy choices with your exercise this week. All is not lost as long as we continue to move forward. Come on you can do this. You are on a rocky stretch on the journey but just around the corner is a wonderful view. Don't miss it.
