It has been a pretty good week.
Was feeling "poorly" for several days and had a toothache, so I
went to the dentist and I have a cracked root and a roaring infection.
It will have to be pulled next Friday, until then I am on antibiotics.
The food portion of my program continues to go well.
I thank God for WW meals, I am learning to be content with less,
portion control, expanding my palate, and it is relatively easy for me.
No muss, no fuss.
Exercise is a slightly different matter.
Tried to move on to 5 days a week, but I fatigued my knees rapidly.
Back to 3 times a week, 20 min a day. I added two more strength training moves,
one for my shoulders (dumbbell shrug) and one for my biceps (dumbbell curls).
My arms are weak and I have an injured shoulder which is holding me back
from advancing on my wall pushups and causing me daily pain. I am
hoping to build it up (r shoulder) without injuring it more).
I met my January goal of 10 pounds gone. It feels great!
I also met my exercise goal except
for 1 day, and I am going to call it met.
I have also met my spiritual goals for this month.
My spiritual director was SO surprised LOL
So was I actually, amazing what you can do
when you make up your mind to do it.
Two goals not met are increased water consumption and
WATP DVD. Going to work on those harder this week
Goals for the next week:
Stay within my calorie range and possibly go toward the lower end.
4 large glasses of water per day
20 min on treadmill 3 x per week (MWF)
Strength training with added exercises (MWF)
1 mile WATP DVD (T &TH)
Continue spiritual disciplines and add OCDS study daily
