Well I bought the "Last chance workout" dvd and decided to take a look at it today.
Was pleased that she had large people doing the dvd and not size 1 fitness models. Was pleased that she showed modifications so those of us who have knee issues can still participate. I did not realize I needed hand weights before I started, but will have them handy the next time.
Pleased that there are different work outs for different days. Looking forward to seeing what the next one is.
Did I do wonderfully on everything?
Of course not. I will do better as I get used to what she wants us to do. I did lots of looking to see what I was supposed to be doing. Over all I think it will be a good "fit".
