So today marks my start into the 20 somethings with 100 + pounds to lose Biggest Loser Challenge #17. I'm starting late with week 2 but it's never to late to start. My 30th birthday is coming up this summer :( I don't want to be this hideously over weight when I get there. Anyways I'm setting 3 attainable goals to work on this week.
1) do 10 minutest of exercise daily
2) put 3 things on my "gratitude/compliments" list every day
3) get 8 hours of sleep every night on a set sleeping schedule
