- Drink Shakeology daily
- Complete the Bodybuilding.com $100K Transformation Challenge (end date 3/31/13)
- Do 10 intentional acts of kindness
- Implement sandbag techniques/tools into my workouts
- Hold Crow Pose for at least 1 minute
Actions to Take:
- Use MyFitnessPal daily.
- Review each week's obstacles/challenges each Sunday night; prepare food as needed.
- Generate a list of intentional acts of kindness to draw from
- Use my PUSH To-Do system daily
- Finish watching Ross Enamait's sandbag DVD
