Starting tomorrow. I had a lot of food to use up and I still do but I'll save it till next weekend. I'm stocked up for the week. Chicken, tuna, salmon, organic greens and veggies, little bit of fruit. Plenty of organic fruit for smoothies for the next couple of weeks.
My plan for the week...wheat free until dinner Friday night. 8 waters each day at least, including 2 cups of herbal tea and 30 mins walking each night.
I'm only going to weigh myself Friday and Saturday mornings for the next few weeks at least. I want to see the pattern that occurs and the relationship between being wheat free and eating wheat.
