So as some of you already know I lagged off too much at the middle of the month, and I am making up wasted time now. (Kind of rough but a great push) I don't, however, suggest that anyone does it this way. LOL I have 708 fitness minutes so far this month which means I have to get at least 73 minutes per day the rest of January to make my 1,000 minute goal for the month. I CAN and WILL do this, and I will feel awesome with my accomplishment!!!!!! Todays exercises

I used to have a pilates dvd set, but I think I sold it at a yard sale a few years back. It really sux when you remember something you had that you didn't use then and now you need it but you got rid of it. Guess I am going to have to get another one. I am going to the YMCA tomorrow evening for my stength and cross training. So ARMS and ABS here I come so watch out and hang on cause I'm about to put you through the ringer.
