Don't know how many calories, but had birthday fare at daughter's party.
33 fitness minutes: 2 videos + 15 min stationary bike at full speed, knowing I'd be partying
It's been a long and full but good day. Best part - Reiki on other daughter's new massage table. The first three days of work this week will be intense like last week, and then I can slow down a bit. It was lovely having Reiki done this evening, and I'm heading for bed. No lunch to prepare; we have party leftovers.
I brought spinach balls, vegetarian stuffed mushrooms, light strawberry cream cheese mini sandwiches, neufchatel and walnut sandwiches, and cucumber sandwiches.
