....and I decided to join my friend on Jenny Craig.
My work schedule is so hectic and getting the puppy out when I get home and running around is fun.
Working out 3x a week, doing cardio 1 hour and weights each time seems reasonable.
I've decided to take the stairs at lunch too.
I figured I'll have 3 months to peel away some of the excess weight by my birthday...
