My birthday is 5/1....

....and I decided to join my friend on Jenny Craig.

My work schedule is so hectic and getting the puppy out when I get home and running around is fun.

Working out 3x a week, doing cardio 1 hour and weights each time seems reasonable.

I've decided to take the stairs at lunch too.

I figured I'll have 3 months to peel away some of the excess weight by my birthday...

    Outstanding. My birthday is 4/13 and I hope to reach my goal weight or at least be moving in that direction as well. HUGS to you! Keep up the good work. I need to do weights. There is no doubt about it.
