Day 27 - The Plan, day 9

It was a beautiful day yesterday and DH went out on the boat for an overnight trip. I am not used to him being away anymore and I didn't sleep very well. The slightest sounds woke me and I was awake every hour...
I had a leisurely start to my Sunday morning, did a yoga session and stuff on my computer before hitting the shower and getting ready for my day.
I feel smaller than I was the beginning of the month and I dug out my old size 4 Old Navy jeans - perfect fit :) I'll have to review my spring wardrobe and revisit old favorites.

Meals for the day:
Breakfast - flax seed granola with blueberries and a splash of coconut milk, dandelion tea
Lunch - green salad with 1 oz goat cheese (chevre) and pumpkin seeds, bowl of spicy veggie soup, 10 almonds
Snack - 1 oz of 72% dark chocolate, half a pear and a pot of tea.
Dinner - 2 oz carne asada (steak) with a chopped salad and zucchini, garlic and basil sauteed in citrus olive oil
Chopped salad: 4 servings
5-6 cups romaine, chopped
1 zucchini, diced
1/2 red onion, minced
1 carrot, diced
1 apple, chopped
1/2 avocado, chopped
sunflower or pumpkin seeds
