Here we are, 12 weeks later at the end of BLC. You've released the lbs - congrats! Yes, you had some stumbles along the way, but you made your decisions, set your priorities, and you accomplished what you set out to do.
It was a rough start. You didn't know anyone on the team, you bristled at some of the challenges, you started to dig in your heels.. and then you let all that worry go. You got to know teammates and encouraged them as they did you. You came to enjoy the challenges and used them to help drive you on toward your goals.
You're that much closer to 'racing weight' because you said you were going to do something.. and you did. It's so important to drop those pounds to feel more comfortable and confident for that Half in May... and in life in general. We can absolutely get back to August 2011 Candy if we stick to the plan and keep our eyes on the prize.
