I have found myself eating single carmels over the last three days. Just one. Or two. But I'm not logging them on my food like I should. This is my confession that I'm doing it -- and I will stop. I have to re-focus so I don't become a lazy tracker, then eat something I CAN'T track (too much, too exotic, to many) and give up on the whole thing. I have been doing well. I can do this!
