Back on Track...

It's about time really. Got the eating reigned back in and my two day detox was amazing. Worked out 30 minutes solid today without wimping out and accomplished some outdoor stuff. Most importantly established a new level of communication and understanding on the home front that makes me feel more fulfilled as an individual.
After what seemed like a long spiral into chaos and misery I'm glad to be on the uphill slope. Lots of good things have taken place of the past few days. I got to get fresh air while helping hubby complete a project he's had his heart set on for a while (worked together without wanting to storm off) and he has officially moved back into the bedroom with me (partially thanks to the ventilator). Detox helped me get a grip on my out of control eating and reset myself from 1,700 calories a day to 1,300. Well, all except the 32 oz Pepsi I had today, that did fit into my calories, but, it was a gift...my Dad said they didn't have any diet Wild Cherry so he brought regular and well, it's just wrong to waste free soda.
I got mixed reviews from the scale the last few days. I weigh daily right after I wake up. I got 225.4 yesterday morning but, 227.6 today and on Friday. I always wait to set my tracker until I've consistently gotten the same reading for a few days. Either how...I'm back on the right path and my weight is going down again instead of up quickly.
I got in 30 minutes of a weight loss iFit program on the bike complete with resistance settings today without feeling like I might die or just giving up without putting any effort forth. The way I've been going lately I'll count my workout as a miracle because that's pretty much what it was.
Here's hoping things stay going up.
