Well this past week went pretty well. I only lost 2lbs (my goal was 3). This week I really really really want to lose 3.. maybe 4. I am going to be super strict with my diet this week. I want to stay between 1200 and 1800 calories every day. As close to 1200 as I can.
Here's my fitness plan for this week:
Sunday: Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD
Monday: 30 minutes abs/back, 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes treadmill walking
Tuesday: 30 minutes arms/shoulders, 30 minutes C25K on treadmill,
Wednesday: Jillian Michaels DVD, 30 minutes legs
Thursday: 30 minutes elliptial, 30 minutes C25K on treadmill
Friday: 30 minutes abs, 30 minutes elliptical
Saturday: 30 minutes arms, 30 minutes C25K on treadmill.
If I stick to this plan I should do aweseome with my weight loss this week. Here we go!
