Though I did not get to everything I wanted today, it was a good day overall. I actually did get 8 hours sleep last night, even if it was 3:30 am before I could go to bed and sleep. I did very good with my activity level and exercises today, and even did pretty good with my nutrition. I still need to find the balance there, but I had almost everything in I was suppose to, and only slightly over in protein and sodium (but I am usually under on both those, so I think being slightly over on one day is not going to kill me). I also know when I have lab work drawn, I almost always have a low sodium level. and have been told I need to get more sodium in, so one day being over most certainly will not hurt. I have decided the vitamins shown are never right because so many foods recorded do not show anything for the amount of vitamins in them, and yet I know some of them do contain vitamins such as folate and calcium. So I have quit worrying about those. Plus, I am on supplements by prescription for B Complex vitamins, Folate, & Vitamin D3. And I also take a good multivitamin everyday besides as well as Calcium.
