Broke through my Plateau

with the help of sparks and sparks coaches ...thank you very much..

Yes I did it! After all these months of sts or going up a pound the back down a pound I have finally broke this darn plateau. Following sparks dietican's advice and lower my calories I was eating down a bit and upped my workouts just a bit .. Did the trick
This morning when I weighed in I was down 1.4 lbs..
Now the pudding on the cake (LOL) will be next Sundays WI when I am down another pound.

    I am so happy for you, keep it going.
I think a lot of us are not pushing the body hard enough.
Just 3 times a day for 10 minutes of real exercies should do the trip.

Keep doing what you are doing Saturday weigh in will be great.
