All the bedding washed, all the towels and the clothes. All the floors vacuumed and mopped, rooms cleaned, bathroom scrubbed, dishes done. Food shopping for the week is done and all the meals are planned. No take out needed, dinners planned and I'm ready to take on the week. Full week of work and gym and school and I'm going to get it done this week and achieve some big goals. I lost 1.5 lbs this week and I'm psyched about that, I wasn't expecting it in the slightest. I will take it though. If I can honor my plan for the week, I should be losing a bit more weight.
I'm going to do all of the big prepping tonight. This is when everything gets washed, and cut and prepped for cooking all week. I want to get that all done before the Doctor Who special tonight so I might as well get started on the kitchen work for the week. I have lamb chops, chicken breast and pork cutlets for my protein this week, I've been really turned off to fish lately. I have salad mixed up for the side and fruit for my desserts. I'm not adding a starch to my dinner this week, I don't have a problem getting carbs in my diet, I need more veggies with dinner. Protein and veggies on my plate this week, carbs come on their own they don't need to be planned.
Don't let me forget those bananas. I love bananas and I need more in my diet. I bought a very beautiful green bunch today, they're hanging and ready to ripen. It's 7pm now, time to prep the food for the week, this is really a great idea every. Sunday evening prep. Chamomile tea later too.
