Todays Meals:
Toaster waffles for breakfast
leftover homemade mac and cheese for lunch
homemade breaded chicken topped with salsa and cheese atop a bead of rice and corn for dinner
2 brownies
bowl of special k chocolate/strawberry cereal with 1% milk
6 cups of water drunk
Calorie Range: emoticon

I'm still not supposed to workout yet intensely. However, today I did decide to go for a brief walk and I did 10 mins of Pilate exercises, just to get myself moving a bit more.

I can't do "intense cardio" until about Wed/Thurs Doctor said..

Monday 1/28
Breakfast: PBJ Toast, 3 cups of water
Lunch: Grilled Cheese, 1-3 cups of water
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Leftover Ravioli 1-3 cups of water

10-20mins of light workouts -- body weight exercises (pilates, crunches) and some arm exercises with 5-10lb weight.

Tuesday 1/29
Breakfast: Toaster waffles, 2tbsp maple syrup, 3 cups of water
Lunch: Turkey Dogs
Dinner: PBJ Sandwich 1-3 cups of water

10-20 mins of light workouts

Wednesday 1/30
Breakfast: Cereal with 1% milk, 3 cups of water
Lunch: Bacon Grilled Cheese
Dinner: Chicken Pasta with veggies 3 cups of water

10-20 mins of Taebo, 10 mins of Dance --- if I can handle it all

Thursday 1/31
Breakfast: Toaster Waffles OR Toast PBJ 3 cups of water
Lunch: Leftover Chicken Pasta
Dinner: Italian Sausage Pasta with veggies 3 cups of water

20 mins of Taebo, 10 mins of Dance, 10 mins of ST

Friday 2/1
Breakfast: Cereal with 1/2 cup of 1% milk, 3 cups of water
Lunch: PBJ
Dinner: ? Leftovers 3 cups of water

    Good for you for tracking your food! Where's the veggies??? Are you using the Spark nutrition tracker? It helps you see what nutrients you are and are not getting. Keep up the good work and have a great day! emoticon
