I had a great weekend with my friends and boyfriend.
I got to wear the new size MEDIUM sweater dress my mom bought me. Thanks Mom!
Horizontal stripes were a test but I felt comfortable the whole night and got a ton of compliments!
Today, JD decided to go play basketball at the rec center and then workout with his friends, so I decided to go out and workout too.
Well I ran 4 miles on the indoor track in 46:22. Then I did 15 minutes on the stairmaster which ended up being 50 floors! After that, I rode a stationary bike for 6 miles and finally did one last half mile on the treadmill while waiting for him to finish.
Tomorrow starts the Biggest Loser program at Ping (The rec center) so I think it will be great to have set workouts Monday and Wednesday nights. I haven't seen much movement on the scale but I'm not too worried about it. If the fitness tracker said I've burned almost 1,000 calories today, I'm going to see a difference somewhere soon!
