Week 4

I feel like SO much happened this week! I changed my macronutrient proportions to allow for more healthy fat and a bit less carbs (45% carbs, 30% protein, 25% fat). I baked wheat and gluten-free bread. I got a VitaMix. And I lost weight and body fat. Bad news is my knee has been hurting so I took 2 days off of exercise. As much as I hated those 2 days, I really do think they helped.

Things I Did Awesome This Week:
-Drink 88oz MOST days (this can be improved)
-Reduce wheat and gluten
-Keep a tidier apartment
-Use superfoods (nutrient-dense foods)
-Drink smoothie after daily exercise

Things To Improve On:
-Take all my vitamins
-Wash dishes more often
-Take out trash and recycling more often
-Reduce dairy
-Plan meals I can take to work and school
-Track sleep on Fitbit
