Yes I like cleaning my windows. Then I can see the birds and photograph them!
Its good exercise, you are right there. When it rains I move furniture, hoover and clean cupboards for part of my exercise.

I have been cleaning and helping my husband remodel for hours every day last week and this week except Sundays. I love seeing progress made. It also, keeps my mind satisfied when it comes to eating. Have a super dooper day, my friend.

I don't care for cleaning, but do like the results. I know I can get my heart rate up if I keep moving while cleaning.
