On the Mend...Thank You Lord For Richard!!!!

Sunday, January 27, 2013

God is so good I give Him all the Glory!!! He knew I would need a help mate and sent me such a great man of faith! I love you Richard!
Who knew I would be retired??? But God...
Who knew I would need help for the cancer surgery??? But God
Who knew my finances would take a turn??? But God

Well after the most amazing conference on Terraforming I came back so excited to see what God has for me now that I am released from my time box...and Bingo...Just what Nan needed!
Soooo when I went into my surgery on Jan. 22nd Tues...I was ready...Surgery was fast maybe an hour...and I was awake creepy...just Adavan to calm me down...creepy knowing they are cutting a chunk of flesh about 3" long and 2" wide and God knows how deep....I never felt anything but pulling ....Nan was in full prayer language the whole time! I am not one for Doctors or anything messing with poking or cutting my body....lol...

Richard was my hero...he got the nurses wound care instructions and made sure I was escorted safely home...Nan was a little loopy and very tired from the pill they gave me...He tucked me into bed and I was OUT!!! emoticon I woke up to find a surprise for us a Smart TV mine broke...I wanted an internet TV!!!! Love you Big G!!!

So now Dr. Gorman is my full time wound care specialist...I can't imagine what I would have done without him...since my wound is on my back...there is NO WAY I could of taken care of it.
Praise be to God the Most High God!

Nan spent the next 3 days sleeping, reading and snuggling with the doggies...Oh they are such a comfort to me... My sweet Scrapman...I fondly call Skrab
And my lovely lady Bunny Girl

Well after all that rest and reading Nan was ready to get OUT OF THE HOUSE! So Friday my sweet husband took me out to a nice breakfast before he went to work and later that night... I
went to Arts and Carafes and had a blast painting here is my creation...If you have never tried one of those Sip wine eat appetizers and paint you gotta try it...it is a blast!

Yesterday Richard and I had the best Saturday...We went to Shabbat Services...which we now are greeters once a month...wooo hooo... After services we had a lovely Oneg...which is a pot luck with our congregation...And Score we went to the MALL....Nan loves going to the Mall...Bed Bath and Beyond...wooo hooo....we had a fun time getting great stuff for the house

emoticon
I picked out a classy lambs leather black jacket at Wilson's Leather for Richard...wow does he look handsome...pix to come later...I got a nice wallet. Then home...my hubby before we left
put a pot roast in the crock pot so when we walked into the house the smell....yummmerz...We had a great dinner and he set up the smart TV...And said hey let's go on a movie date! We saw
Les Misrables...amazing....

So I just thank God for my wonderful husband Dr. Richard Gorman...lol

Thank you beautiful sparkies for praying for me and my healing...feeling good and ready to serve my King with all my might! emoticon

Love to you all!!!
Nan

Well, I'm coming to all of this rather late as I am behind in my sparking. Thankful that you are on the healing side of that episode, and thankful how God is providing step by step.
