Well I have spent that last few days hovering around the low to mid 84's so I'll take that as a legit drop from the 85kg range. Finally.
I'll be starting some light free weight work this week but I'll be taking it slow. I don't want to come this far than tweak my back or knee and end up out of action.
I have 8 hours of indoor airsoft to play next weekend which is something I'm really looking forward to. I played a couple of hours the other night as way extremely happy with my improved cardio and flexibility. It's a lot easier to dash and crouch without all that extra weight on my leg joints!
