My diet isn't as good as it should be, I eat too much bread, brownies and cake. I try to eat veggies at every dinner, but I tend to eat too much at dinner time. Instead of eating just one plateful I eat two even if I'm not hungry. I'm going to start working on that today, cut back on bread and stop at 1 platefuls and learn selfcontrol when it comes to brownies and cake. Chocolate is my downfall, it gets me every time! There was a time when I thought that I was doing well with self control but I relasped and splurged on it. I believe that cutting back on bread and chocolaty, sweet stuff will help me lose weight... I believe that sacrafices must be made to better myself for the long run.
