Track Food: 7/7 everything tracked.
Walk x3: 3/3 achieved
Swim x3 0/3 I was still too unwell.
Did a kobold slaying mini-challenge and did 160 push-ups throughout the course of one day.
I hopped on the body composition scale today and I'm very glad of that.
My weight is the same for the week.
But I have lost 1% body fat and gained 1% muscle.
Small numbers yes, but explains the stable number AND more importantly fixes my head space that yes I have actually made progress this week, averting the downward trend of OMG why am I even trying feeling.
So feel I had a pretty good week considering my illness really wiped me out.
