I signed up for a few personal trainer sessions.
This morning was the first one.


If I have to put tack, pointy side up on my scale. I will.
See you in a month, scale!

    I did 30 days away from Dec. 3 to Jan. 3rd. I paid attention to my body and other things and lost 4 pounds. Now that I am weighing again, I am back to gaining! I plan on making the break again Feb. 1st!

    Challenge. You're stronger than me. I told myself one week, no scale...barely made it two days. Hope you have fun with the trainer!

  I am also trying to stay off the scale. What sort of pointy things are thinking about putting on yours. Might to do the same.

Also remember it takes burning 3500 calories to lose 1 pound so even if you burned that many a day with diet and exercise you would only lose 1 pound a week.

We can't believe all those celebs who are touting 22 pound weight lose in 3 weeks. Yea right.

You have friends you will never see face to face pulling for you. Do not give up. It does take time which is irritates all of us .

Great idea hiring a trainer!!!

I am putting up groceries and headed out to walk. I am trying to make myself walk every day if at all possible.
