Workout for today: finished. Decided against doing the www.dailyhiit.com HiitRep thing (4 minutes of these wall exercises ... my arms hurt 60 seconds in).
But, did do a Spark video for cardio and toning which was pretty great.

This is the payoff when you work on push-ups, some weight training, and chin ups. Check out my guns, y'all! Tank-top season had better watch out.
If any of you girls out there think training your muscles will make you look too masculine, just let me say strength-training has changed my life for the better. It's easier to keep my weight managed, my arms are actually smaller than they were before I started, and it just plain feels good to know you are getting stronger.
Think about adding at least some weight to your workout. Just a little.
