Second Week

Well, I do have some stress coming up this week, dealing with mistakes which require calling or contacting bureaucracies, it's just something I hate. We have another busy week planned, with all of our usual activities. I think I might be well enough for the gym this week, hopefully that was my last and only cold of the year.

So how did I do?
I wore the exercise clothes once and set them out on other days, not the shoes, though. I do know where they are and will be able to find them easily. I also spent a lot of time doing things outside the home and it was cooooold, so I wore lots of warm layers. I limited my carbs, not going over 51 carbs in a day for the whole week and I know that because I logged everything that I ate. So far so good.

This week:
1. Exercise 25 minutes, 2 times, Monday and Thursday look most promising
2. Plan for under 25 carb days at least twice, need to do a bit of a re-stock on some items this week
3. Wean self down from things to be given up for Lent, which means less caffeine, more cleaning in place of sedentary activity, as well as getting rid of not so good foods
