Another good week for me, not perfect but good. Again I set daily goals and for the most part managed to reach them. I'm working really hard at getting rid of the all or nothing mind set. This really helps me when I go off the rails, it's like, okay this is done move on. I experienced going off of my meal plan regrouping and at the end of the day was only 3 calories off my daily target yay me.
I successfully completed stage 3 of the Run Your Butt Off program, I start stage 4 tomorrow run 3 minutes walk 3 minutes I looking forward to it.
I was pretty on target with my Simple diet food plan not perfect but satisfactory.
My progress with the Full-Filled book excites me, I think that I'm having some really profound insights into my eating behaviour and habits.
I didn't lose any weight this week I actually gained 2 pounds but I'm not too worried I can't really call it TOM because at 50 it's any old time...lol but it is that time. I ate well and exercised so it will come off when it comes off.
My husband got our home gym set up so next week I will re-introduce strength training.
