Hi Barbara, how has your 12 week challenge gone?

I've had a great challenge.

- stopped my procrastinating
- worked on my strength training
- learned to like yoga workouts
- diligently drank my water
- pre-planning my meals
- making my workouts top priority
- learning to love me

Thanks to all my Spark friends, especially my Pixie team who keep me on my toes, to do the best I can, take one day at a time, and believe in me.
