This week, our challenges consisted of:
Tracking our food every day
Creating a fitness plan and sharing it in a blog
Sending ourselves and someone else a Spark Goodie
Commenting on 5 players' blogs
Completing the measurements test
Completing the fitness test
Really, the only thing to report on here is the fitness test. Unfortunately, I had to use my last BLC mile time because I have bronchitis that I can't seem to get rid of, so I couldn't time my mile.
Oh, but on the plus side, in BLC 16 I went from push-ups on the wall, to push-ups on my knees, to being able to do 5 real push-ups, but I hadn't done push-ups since November, so I was worried that I'd be back to push-ups on my knees. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to do 11 real push-ups in a minute. Although I must confess that I did 5 in a row, took a break for a few seconds, did 3 more, took a few more seconds off, and then did the last 3.
This week my goals include completing all of the BLC challenges 100% and continuing with adding push-ups and crunches to my workout routine.
