I DID IT!!! IF i CAN MAKE IT THROUGH THE WEEKEND and a whole week without pop drinks then I know that i will succeed on giving it up emoticon

    hang in there it gets easier with time, that's not saying you wont want one at certain times just dont give in. I gave up sodas in Sept 2012. I still want one sometimes but I wont let myself have it. then I forget about them. so JOB WELL DONE..... emoticon emoticon
