Week in review and new rotation

I have upped my exercise to two days in a row. Coming off of being sick, I had been only doing exercise every other day. This past week was two days on, one day of rest. Now, this week, my plan is to increase to 3 days on, one day of rest. So: Kick box
, HiLo Aerobics, Step and then hiking
when I can in the afternoon.
I'm watching 'The City of Ember' on DVD. I have to scrub the bathtub. After I take a shower, I will be working in the yard all afternoon. I feel hungry. I have some veggies already cooked. I need to focus on eating plenty of healthy
veggies and fats. I could really go for a smoothie today.
