I’ve thought about blogging a few times this week, but when I sat down at started to write the words just haven’t come out. I promised you all at least one blog a week, so here is your first blog this week, and hopefully I will do more than just this one! There is a high chance that I will do one on Tuesday’s since I have RA duty and for the most part it is pretty boring. So before I get into the meet of this blog let me share with you my results from today’s weigh in.
Since starting college in August I have gained my freshman 15 and then some. When I got back to school to start this semester I managed to lose 2lbs at RA training. However, during that time we were all limited as to how much we ate because we weren’t eating school food and we were instead being bought food. Now however, it is back to school food, and in the past week I gained .9 lbs back. That is not something that I am proud of at all, and the sad part is is that I knew it was happening! I have got to stop overeating! Also, I only got to the gym once because the one time that I went I wore baggy sweatpants and of course my legs rubbed together and I got really nasty sores!
This week I am definitely going to try and keep up better with my goals and at the end of the week hopefully that will be obvious in my weigh in! I intend to cut out all drinks that aren’t water, or the occasional hot chocolate about once or twice a week. Also, almost every day for lunch I get a side salad, a soft pretzel, and fries. This week I’m going to start working on cutting that down and being even healthier. Maybe instead I’ll get a side salad, a pretzel, and fruit. Who knows, we will see but I definitely hope to see changes over the course of this week! I have all of the tools to do this I just have to be smart about it!
