Tracking Day 9

I'm so happy that my DD has joined me in my low carb eating. It helps so much to have a buddy. She lost 5 lbs. the first week, she said a lot of that was probably water, but still - a great job.
I did the 4th session with the lap band hypnosis and have been doing good with it. I sat down this morning with my 2 egg omlet, 2 slices of bacon and could only eat half. Not even half. After about 4 bites, I just didn't want any more.
Before the hypnosis, I would not have even known I was eating until after the 4th bite, I am trying to be A MINDFUL eating - taking my time, putting my fork down, taking sips of water between bites, not tv or cpu while I eat, chew/chew/chewing.
I have a goal to increase my exercise. I've been doing the same cardio/stg for 6 weeks. It needs to increase.
