Tracking Day 9

Hey All,

I'm so happy that my DD has joined me in my low carb eating. It helps so much to have a buddy. She lost 5 lbs. the first week, she said a lot of that was probably water, but still - a great job.

I did the 4th session with the lap band hypnosis and have been doing good with it. I sat down this morning with my 2 egg omlet, 2 slices of bacon and could only eat half. Not even half. After about 4 bites, I just didn't want any more.

Before the hypnosis, I would not have even known I was eating until after the 4th bite, I am trying to be A MINDFUL eating - taking my time, putting my fork down, taking sips of water between bites, not tv or cpu while I eat, chew/chew/chewing.

I have a goal to increase my exercise. I've been doing the same cardio/stg for 6 weeks. It needs to increase.

    Keep pushing and doing well, are you tracking your food to be sure you are getting in all your protein and stuff?

    wow, sounds good exceot I am concerend you don;t want to eat at all. Hope you had a little more than those 4 bites!! emoticon
