Another, not my most consistent. But I did show some progress. 1.6 pounds down for the week and 1 inch off my waist. Not so bad for a only mostly good effort. I will get better I know. I am already feeling stronger. I am happy about my commitment to the 28 day bootcamp and hoping that really helps me get the exercising as on board as the eating :).
