Gratitude has become an important part of my life over the past several years for many reasons. I find that I'm much happier and better able to face daily challenges when I am truly grateful for all that I have been blessed with. I've set a goal for myself to write a weekly gratitude list as part of my journey to a happier, healthier me.
Today I'm grateful for:
My beautiful, healthy grandson
My warm and comfortable home on a cold winter day
The love and support of family and friends
