I have been scooping out blogs left and right for new breakfast ideas. I love protein pancakes and I typically eat the same thing every day for breakfast and lunch. So I found this recipe I thought I would try for something a little different.

1 scoop vanilla protein powder ( I used Plant Fusion)
2 Tbs almond flour
1 egg white
combine all and cook on hot griddle.
These were pretty tasty. I added a banana and PB2 to mine. My hubby added some more cinnamon to his. We don't eat the same thing at all. He did comment that he did not like these. He did not like that they were not fluffy like "real pancakes" and all he could taste was the protein powder. Oh well....at least he tried them:)
Got the pups out for the first time since Monday. I am going to take them a little later also.
