As I predicted, being out of town was a great challenge. I tracked it, and stayed within calorie range but the weather ( bad snow) made the 10 minute walk impossible. This week, I should be back on track.
Spark Coach Action plan is to plan to shake up my work out. I am such a creature of habbit. I treadmill. So, I'm increasing my speed to 3 pmh. I added the WII to a daily routine, and I will use a spark people video for home workouts.
