well, the year started out with me going back to curves and eating better! almost the end of january and its going good. first three weeks was counting calories, these last two weeks im low carbing to change things up a little. want to keep my metabolism high. not feeling hungry and if i do want something that is not on my food plan for the day i will eat a bite of it and im satisfied (which is RARE)! lol ....will be weighing/measuring on feb 1st and im really excited!!! can feel my clothes feeling looser and have way more energy!
