Back in the Water

I went back to the pool last evening, rather than doing yesterday morning's water aerobics class. I walked 5 laps in the water, then did some exercises the PT suggested, including front, side, and back kicks holding onto the walk. It was a great workout without overdoing it. Can't wait to go back!
