So I decided last night to complete one of the 5Cs - connect. Donna Joyner suggested that we connect with someone who could encourage us as we endeavor to meet our weight loss goals. I have plenty of friends/family members to do that. I decided to connect with the Fitbit features that I haven't been using - the food log.
The Fitbit averages my daily/weekly exercise minutes and decides the number of calories I need to consume each day to lose weight. Then I can log in my food and get an idea how many more calories I have for the day. This is going to help me plan my meals a bit better. I hope it results in a weight loss this/next weigh-in.
