Starting up Bootcamp-Week 1 Goals

Thought I would throw this in blog form for some accountability.

My goals for the 1st week beginning 1/27/13 are:

Exercise to the videos daily
Walk 10k steps daily
Cardio 4 times during the week (Might give my daughter a good laugh and play Just Dance with her)
Track food daily
