I finally convinced my husband into paying for a gym membership and I love it! So far my kiddos are in love with it as well. They have their own "gym" that they get to play in with we kick our butts in the big kids gym.
We had a free evaluation with a trainer and today I am going in to get my health score done. They are taking blood, running all the crazy tests that I can't even name, checking my BP, heart rate, the whole thing. To see where I am at and how to loose weight for efficiently.

Goals for Friday and Saturday...
Did I make healthy food choices? Yes and no. My dinner last night was terrible but I kind of freaked out knowing I wouldn't be able to eat again until around noon today.
Was I physically active? You bet! The gym is kicking my butt!
Did I feel/act motivated? 100% on top of motivating myself I am motivating two others!
Did I stick to the program? As always, yes!

I hope everyone has a great rest of the day! I will being doing a stair stepper while watching Pro-Bowl later. emoticon

    I love my lifetime fitness gym too. I've been a member since 2008. It's the only gym I've belong to that consistently has an attitude about fitness and health.

    WoW!! Our gym here in the sticks doesn't offer anything like that! We hardly get a good morning when showing up. That would be awesome to have! Enjoy it!
Don't beat yourself up over supper and please don't starve yourself until lunch to make up the calories, that is not healthy for your body. Have some fruit or veggies just to get some nourishment.
So awesome that you are so motivated! Have fun with the stairs and bowling later!
