Got real w/ weight, FBS and other body measurements after seeing this morning how much worse they've gotten. Metabolism has slowed WAAYYYY down since no longer working on my feet, plus I can tell that I've lost a lot of muscle from too-low-calorie eating plans. So, I've got muscle-building plans as well as goals for weight loss--BPs and blood sugars should fall automatically w/ the weight; individual goals will be set according to progress.
First weight goal---215 by this coming Easter (3/31/13).
