Ok let's try this again. I guess I hit delete or something.
Well I got up early this morning, did day 1 of week 1 of the couch25k. Worked out pretty good, managed to make it through everything no problem. Also did a little strength training for my arms.
I'm looking forward to church service this morning. I plan to grab a bite to eat, return 2 items to the store and stop by the grocery store today. Thinking about getting in another workout but I'll see as the day progresses. Feeling pretty good about my morning workout
I wore my bodybugg yesterday and I ended my day with about a 634 or something in the 600s deficit in calories. I didn't eat that great yesterday or often because of how I was feeling but I did good. On my 2nd day today and will see how I'm doing overall. Definitely making changes to my workout this week,
