Progress: week of 1/20-1/26

Areas where I noticed progress:
- At this point I can really only wear the smallest pants I own - even with my belt on the last notch, my small 36s are falling off the front of my hips.
- I have been continuing to notice a big difference in the size of my waist, especially when I'm doing yoga. I decided to measure myself today just in that area, even though I just measured myself two weeks ago (anyway, not a bad idea right before going clothes shopping [see below]). Turns out I've lost half an inch in the last two weeks! I've only got another half inch to reach my goal! Even though there was no movement on the scale today, I'm obviously still losing fat and gaining muscle. I also lost 4 pounds total this month, so that's pretty good!
- More positive comments about my weight loss - one person told me that I looked "fabulous" =)
Areas where I could improve:
- I have been really negligent about getting myself some new clothes, which is something I told myself I would do as I lost weight. Even one person who complimented me on my weight loss this week commented that I needed to get some new clothes. I have already carved out some time on my calendar for Tuesday afternoon and am not going to let anything get in my way of going.
