after the past 3 weeks of not having this blasted scale move (and, it almost went out the window into the snow) finally....i'm down to 186.8..almost my prechristmas weight...i was really beginning to worry...but, alot was my own my little mind...since i was going to the gym and working wout alot...i figuted i could eat whatever and it would burn right off...WRONG!!! i finally got serious....talked to my trainer....(she said sugar is the loves out mid sections) I got Bob Harpers "The Skinny Rules"....and watched what i put into my mouth....
let's do this the right way now.....

just a suggestion....I stopped saying "I can't eat that" I say..."I don't want it" kinda changes my attitude from deprivation to a choice...

    Congratulations, so good to see a change for the better, and I do know, but I truly find my hands quivering ( emoticon when I am around candy, and 1 piece will not placate me, oh no, I gotta have 5 or 6 pieces or more, and even tracking I know what that sugar does, good reasoning on your part, not wanting it and not being able to have it is a world of difference, Keep up the good work.

    Woo hoo, good for you! I will have to look up those "Skinny Rules". If you do it right, it works LOL Congrats on moving that scale down and losing those pounds!
I agree with your idea to stop saying "I can't" and start saying "I don't want". It just occured to me to also start saying "I do want/ I can". What do you think? emoticon
