WEEK 1 GOALS:

This week I'm Keeping it simple Figure out what my plan is for this challenge, think about what has worked for me in the past and what hasn't. emoticon

Plus walk My Dog everyday weather permitting. emoticon

WEEK 2 GOALS: PLAN

Walk pup everyday weather permitting.
ST 3 days a week.
Meet my calorie burn everyday on My Body Media. 1500 Calorie deficit. (besides Sundays)
Start Running Program ( Maybe)

NON WEIGHT GOAL

Stick to house cleaning schedule.
Get Furance Look at.
