ST 3 days a week.
Meet my calorie burn everyday on My Body Media. 1500 Calorie deficit. (besides Sundays)
Start Running Program ( Maybe)
NON WEIGHT GOAL
Stick to house cleaning schedule.
Get Furance Look at.
